Exceeding license capacity

It is never a good idea to run your used capacity close to either physical capacity or licensed capacity. Of course if there is no physical room left to do writes, a write will fail. However, if you have available physical capacity but you run out of licensed capacity, writes will start failing at 10% over your licensed capacity.

Please contact your DataCore sales associate if you are even within 25% of your licensed capacity in order to make a plan for your future expansion.
