Swarm Redirects

Swarm Redirects

Question: Is there any special client functionality required to properly handle Swarm redirects?

Answer: Multiple redirects from a Swarm cluster are not common under normal operating loads, but they are possible if a client performs the redirect too slowly and/or a node is now too busy to service the request. Swarm clients must be able to follow multiple redirects (301's) to ensure all requests are serviced. Proper redirect handling is included in each language implementation included with the Swarm Software Development Kit (SDK).
