cip.histogramSamples in Swarm 7+

If you had this parameter recommended in Swarm pre version 7.x, you need to remove that parameter in order to boot into Swarm 7.x+. This parameter is no longer necessary and will prevent a successful boot into Swarm 7+. You may also remove, if applicable, the cip.pollMultiplier variable.
