Why do I see an HTTP 409 response code?

You are likely seeing the 409 response code when you are rapidly updating the same stream if the Swarm nodes are not time synchronized.  Please make sure that NTP is configured on all nodes in the cluster and allow for at least 1 second between stream updates.
