Changes in Swarm Cluster Services (SCS) 1.4

This release features the following improvements:

Better support for Encryption-at-Rest (EAR) on storage nodes. (SCSL-204 and SCSL-299)
Added support for optional multicast. During the installation of Swarm Storage 15.0 or later, select whether to use multicast or not from the prompted screen. Changing this setting from the current value requires a complete (non-rolling) cluster reboot. (SCSL-248)
Resolved upgrade issue. Upgrading from all prior versions is now supported. (SCSL-283 and SCSL-293)
Updates to the administrative user and/or password are now correctly pushed out to Swarm storage nodes. (SCSL-212)
