What parameters are in a Persisted Settings Stream in 8.1.0

The PSS does not exist by default.  However, if you use snmp or another tool that creates this stream (the Swarm Admin Console for example), or after the first reboot of the cluster, the PSS will be created and have the following parameters (values notwithstanding):
