Overview
Swarm Cluster Installer (SCI) is a browser-based installation utility for vCenter environments.
Important
SCI pre-installer requires direct internet access. If internet access is not possible, then the Swarm infrastructure cannot be installed using SCI, and an alternative deployment method is required. Contact DataCore Support to request any further assistance.
Prerequisites
Warning
The SCI installer only works with standard switches. The installation does not support a vCenter environment with only distributed switches.
Set DRS to manual if Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS) is in use. Otherwise, a VM will be placed on a host that does not have access to the Swarm storage network.

Supported Versions
This Windows-based installer provides automatic installation and allows configuring the Swarm ecosystem on VMware vCenter. SCI supports the following versions:
ESXi 7
vCenter 7
Windows Server 2016 and above
Windows 10 and above
