The FileFly administrator password is changed from the Admin Portal, but it has special requirements:
- Close any open browser sessions.
- Log into the FileFly Admin Portal.
- Change the password.
- Important: Clear any cached data in the browser.
- Restart the Caringo FileFly Webapps service.
- After the service has restarted, log in with your new password.
