The FileFly administrator password is changed from the Admin Portal, but it has special requirements:

  1. Close any open browser sessions.
  2. Log into the FileFly Admin Portal.
  3. Change the password.
  4. Important: Clear any cached data in the browser.
  5. Restart the Caringo FileFly Webapps service.
  6. After the service has restarted, log in with your new password.
