How to change the FileFly administrator password

The FileFly administrator password is changed from the Admin Portal, but it has special requirements:

  1. Close any open browser sessions.

  2. Log in to the FileFly Admin Portal.

  3. Change the password.

  4. Important: Clear any cached data in the browser.

  5. Restart the Caringo FileFly Webapps service.

  6. Log in with the new password after the service has restarted.
