If you had this parameter recommended in Swarm pre version 7.x, you need to remove that parameter in order to boot into Swarm 7.x. This parameter is no longer necessary and will prevent a successful boot into Swarm 7. You may also remove, if applicable, the cip.pollMultiplier variable.
