The following steps are typically performed by the customer:
Click on the provided link, which will prompts the download of the Zoom client
Download and install the Zoom client
Once the Zoom client interface is visible, click on Share Screen located at the bottom of the screen
Choose the screen intended for use as the primary focus during the support session.

On the the far right, click the icon labeled Remote Control. Then select Share Clipboard. (Inform the customer that the Remote Control option might be hidden under the More button it necessary)
