Make sure you have gone through the Hardware and OS recommendations before installation.

  1. Open your Internet browser and search for Ubuntu 22.04.

  2. Click “https://releases.ubuntu.com/jammy/“ from the search result.

  3. Click on the link corresponding to “Server install image”.

  4. Or, move towards toward the end of the page and click ubuntu-22.04.4-live-server-amd64.iso.

    It downloads the image you want.

Important

Ubuntu regularly updates their images and the 22.04.4 is a point release for their long-term support release. The version may be updated in the near future but any 22.04 point release from 03 onwards should be fine.

This image is approximately 2.0 gb in size.
