Define Hardware Specification
The YAML file contains hardware specifications and is created using the environment called Swarm Configurator. Please see See Swarm Configurator Instructions for more details about each component used in the configurator tool.
To jump straight to the Swarm Configurator, please go to Swarm Configurator Toolgo to the https://support.cloud.datacore.com/swarm-configurator/index.html.
Upload the YAML file exported from Swarm Configurator.
Click Next. The uploaded file displays the hardware specifications that are editable.
Click Edit to update any hardware specification if needed. Click Save to save the updated details.
Turn on at least 3 storage nodes and wait for the Swarm console to display in the VMware Remote Console.
Click Next on the Hardware Configurations screen.
Power on Storage Nodes

If the storage nodes are not powered on yet, Swarm Installer displays a wizard to power them on. Click Ok to proceed and power on storage nodes.
Swarm Installer waits for storage nodes to power on. Once done, details like IP address, hostname, CPU, memory, and maximum storage capacity in TB are displayed for each powered-on storage node. Minimum 3 nodes must be set up and connected to the network to configure the Swarm cluster.
Click Install Elasticsearch to continue.
