Enhanced Static IP Support: Support for static IPs is further enhanced, with the ability to set specific addresses manually via SCS.

Improved Stability: Improved CPU utilization in dense cluster storage nodes will reduce spontaneous process restarts and other instabilities.
Elasticsearch Upgrade: Swarm Storage 15.3 requires upgrading Elasticsearch to 7.17.9. The Elasticsearch cluster's rolling upgrade can be done before or after upgrading to Storage 15.3.
Retention Policies: Fixed an issue where updates to retention policies that failed, typically due to network-related issues, could result in the loss of the object.
Support for Static IP Addresses: When used in conjunction with Swarm Storage 15.3, SCS by default supports the use of statically allocated IP addresses.
Improved Support: Improved support for booting large clusters via SCS.

Optional Multicast: Configure the storage cluster via the Storage Cluster Services (SCS 1.4) for not using multicast for inter-node communication.
