How does network bandwidth impact Swarm operations?

The majority of the bandwidth usage in an active cluster comes from client activity. Working with the customer, you should be able to come up with this using the reading and writing activity that they anticipate. The background Swarm activity (mostly multicast) in a stable cluster typically runs less than 1% of the total bandwidth. A stable cluster is one that is fully replicated, isn't rebalancing data between nodes, and isn't performing a retire or volume recovery.
