1. The cabling is different. Dell branded CSNs use first two ethernet ports for public side, Caringo / DataCore branded CSNs use first and third.
2. The licensing is different. Dell branded licenses are based on keys, whereas Caringo / DataCore branded CSNs use a text file for a license.
3. There is no hardware lockdown on Caringo / DataCore branded CSN.
4. CSS and docs are branded on the Dell version.
