Caringo DataCore has customers using a variety of tools and it is normally based upon the maturity and culture of their IT departments. By presenting Swarm's crucial monitoring metrics through SNMP, customers are able to monitor Swarm with everything from custom scripts (using SNMP commands), to open source solutions (Nagios and Zenoss), to commercially available enterprise management platforms, e.g. HP OpenView, CA Unicenter, IBM Tivoli.
