All unnamed streams (with the exception of anchor streams) are immutable in Swarm including lifepoint policy metadata for whether or not a file is deletable and how many replicas it should have; once you set a lifepoint policy for deletion, you cannot change it in Swarm. If a lifepoint policy needs to be updated, you can use Searm Swarm Search enumeration to find all the UUIDs that you would be interested in changing and re-write them with new policies.
